I love the great outdoors and when I work with my clients, I use nature’s playground as much as possible. Getting outside working in parks and on the trails, I’ll build you a program to help you achieve your goals.
My individually tailored programs can include outdoor circuits, hiking, running and cycling and are structured around your exercise preferences as well as your life, work, family and other commitments. I build in resistance (strength) training using a range of weights and equipment.
I also offer live Zoom sessions and access to online pre-recorded sessions for those days when the weather simply doesn’t play ball.
